WHAT COMES AFTER A KORAINIAN’S OFFICIAL ADULTHOOD INITIATION AND INAUGURATION?

With a fresh adult-mark stamped onto their wrist, a Korainian emerges from The Adulthood Initiation and Inauguration ready to experience Uji anew. The restrictions of childhood fall away, leaving an unfamiliar question in their place: what does it actually mean to be an adult?

For many, the answer begins with a night in the City Korai Club Strip. Its Aqua Clubs offer a world of music, fashion, dancing and flirtation which new-adults can experiment with. It is in those illuminated pool rooms that adulthood begins to feel a little less official, and a lot more fun.

Korainians arrive dressed in their boldest interpretations of themselves. Some test new connections at Intimacy Inns, or pursue adult-only pass times like wager-games and betting houses. Others discover new confidence as they find their groove and ride the wave.

While a night at an Aqua Club cannot entirely encapsulate adult life - it can give a new-adult their first opportunity to decide exactly what kind of adult they wish to be.
